Cascadas de Calahonda is a development of 17 luxury houses, each house containing 4 apartments and 2 penthouses, it is a traffic free environment with 24 hrs security.

Our apartments are furnished to a high standard with everything designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with Air Conditioning/Central Heating controls at your finger tips and a Sky television system to keep you up to date with the news and soaps from home. The terrace is huge! 64 sq mtrs, partly covered (for those that don't like the sun). Table and chairs (x6) for eating al fresco, Sun beds (x4), and a BBQ. This leads to your own private garden area with direct access to a large swimming pool 25 mtrs away. The apartment sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, a further 2 beds are available at additional charge, for our very young visitors a cot and highchair are available at a nominal charge, please contact for more details.

Our luxurious apartments faces south and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.

Two of our apartments comprises 2 bedrooms - one of which is ensuite and one a separate wc/shower.

One apartment comprises 1 bedroom and a large shower/wc.

The apartments have marble floors and the living room has  comfortable sofas and a dining area for 4.

They also have telefvision and stereosystem.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances - fridge, freezer and hob/oven.

The balcony is furnished with table and chairs and sunlongers and is the ideal place to eat.

The apartment has full air conditoning and heating.

Parking is available in the secure underground car park and an elevator brings you to the apartment.
